The
Cree LED Lighting Conversion
Across its campus, Cree is switching from traditional lighting
technologies to LED lighting.
That means replacing everything from high-pressure sodium parking-lot
lights to the fluorescent tubes in offices and hallways to the
spotlights on the flagpole out front.
Cree began the process in October 2007 and will continue until
it replaces the tens of thousands of bulbs and tubes that light
the campus, inside and out.
